Recently, the intelligent transformation project of the light pole in the Binhu
District Library and the central square of the Party Building Museum in Wuxi has
been completed and put into use.
Binhu District Organ Affairs Administration cooperated with Lootom to implement the
intelligent transformation project of square light poles. The project takes the
smart light pole as the carrier and the “Cloud network platform” as the support,
fully applies the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology,
integrating intelligent lighting, large information screen, intelligent
broadcasting, AI security monitoring, one-click help, environmental monitoring and
other functions. Among them, the deep energy-saving algorithm of intelligent
lighting function saves more than 50% of the energy compared with traditional
lighting; the large information screen helps to create a public space cultural
atmosphere and improve the cultural experience of citizens; intelligent detection
and control can realize real-time video monitoring and control of regional
conditions, and support access to the regional public security network. In addition,
the light pole is also reserved for smart charging piles, 5G micro base stations,
WiFi hotspots and other expandable function modules, which can be further upgraded
according to needs.
"Cloud network platform" can help the intelligent and digital logistics management
of public institutions, and provide practical experience for urban refinement and
digital construction in Binhu.
